These are my top 5 banks that will approve an LLC for a loan without any docs needed. It’s a lot easier to get approved when you do not have to provide extensive financials like tax returns or financial statements. You just need to have your formation documents and an EIN letter to apply. I also highly recommend you first build up your business credit score first!

Many of these banks will work for new LLCs and startups too.

I also share my process of finding so many more banks in your backyard that offer no doc funding so that you never run out of funding opportunities.

My passion: I help Business Owners obtain Large Lines of Unsecured Business Credit. I also run a Real Estate Business. I started as a Real Estate Investor years ago and at the time, my former “boss” asked me to pick one path or the other (working for him or working for me). Looking back…I’m really glad he did. I had to choose between making a year’s worth of income in a year or in some months, making a year’s worth of income in a month. Guess which direction I picked? It did not take too many paychecks to make the choice!

I picked door # 2 and I want to help you do the same. Want to know a secret? One of the factors that helped me stay ahead financially was having access to my business credit lines. So, I’m glad you are here and that you too want to learn how to obtain large lines of business credit!

  1. I’m interested in TD Bank. My business was established more than 2 yrs ago. Do you know what the monthly revenue requirement is for $100k? The issue I keep running into with brokers is they want what I consider to be very high monthly revenue for very little in lending. Ex. One broker wanted $8k monthly revenue to loan $6k. I nearly laughed but they were serious!

  2. Sorry – i have heared, that the banks put an end to the No Docs loans. Truist for example want to have a document for allowing to look at your Incometax from the IRS. If you have another income then told you get blacklisted.

  3. I don’t think M&T lends in states where they don’t have physical locations. Might want to add that in your videos.
